What's inside

Built for one person and a working week.

Four nights of dinners without leaving the room

Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and crockery, plus a tea and coffee maker. There is no stovetop — this is reheating, toasting and a decent brew at 5 AM, not a full cook-up. Guest laundry on site covers the other half of a long stay, so a week here doesn't mean a week of takeaway and a suitcase of dirty shirts.

  • Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettlePlus cookware, crockery and a tea & coffee maker
  • A desk you can actually work atSeparate from the dining and seating area, so the laptop stays put

Shower, not spa — and that is the $50

Private bathroom, walk-in shower, separate toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries. The Studio Queen with Spa Bath is this exact room with a spa bath added, and it runs $160 against this room's $110. If you're out the door before six, that $50 a night buys you something you'll never get in the water for.

  • Walk-in shower & separate toiletTwo people can get ready at once without queuing
  • Hairdryer & toiletries providedOne less thing in the bag for a short trip

Two guests maximum, and quiet enough to sleep through daylight

One queen bed, and our booking system caps this room type at two guests — if there are three of you, you want the Studio Twin. The 27 m² absorbs a desk, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and the bed without any of them crowding the others. Soundproof walls, air-conditioning and your own front door off Oaka Lane are what make sleeping at 10 AM after a night shift genuinely possible rather than just advertised.

  • 1 Queen · sleeps 2The comfortable beds are what guests mention most in reviews
  • Soundproofed & air-conditionedQuiet hours run 8 PM to 7 AM across the property
  • Your own entrance off the laneNo corridor, no reception desk, no one else's door to pass

Two things worth knowing before you book this one

This room type takes a maximum of two guests — there are no cots or extra beds anywhere at the property, so a third person means booking a Twin. And there is no lift: if stairs are a problem, ask for a ground-floor unit when you book and we'll set it aside.
