The spa costs $50 on a Queen and $20 on a Twin
It's the same bath in both. Going Queen → Queen with Spa Bath is $110 to $160. Going Twin → Twin with Spa Bath is $180 to $200. So if a second bed is any use to you at all, the Twin with Spa Bath is the cheaper route to the same soak — and you keep the single.
Two of you sharing beats two rooms
Two Studio Queens is $220 a night. One Studio Twin, with a real queen and a real single, is $180 — roughly $90 a head, on one invoice, with one key code and one car park to organise. That is the entire reason contractors book the Twin.
What's identical across all four
Every room is 27 m², soundproofed, air-conditioned, with a private entrance off the lane, self check-in by code, free secure parking, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a desk and the same kitchenette — fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and crockery, and no stovetop in any of them. There are no cots or extra beds on any room type, and no lift at the property.
