Studio Twin with Spa Bath
Queen, single and a spa bath — our highest rate, and, oddly, our cheapest spa. The upgrade from a Studio Twin is $20 a night; on a Queen the same bath costs $50.

From $200 a night booked direct — our top rate, and the only room with both a second bed and a spa. Rates vary by date and season.
Everything we have, in one room.
The room people book when they're staying a while
Long stays are where a kitchenette stops being a novelty and starts being the reason you booked. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and a tea and coffee maker, with guest laundry on site and daily housekeeping so a three-week job doesn't turn into three weeks of living in a hotel room. There is no stovetop — that's the one honest limit on it. There's no minimum stay either, so a single night is bookable if that's all you need.

- Dining, seating and a deskEnough separate surfaces that a long stay doesn't feel like camping
The cheapest spa bath on the property, which surprises people
It's the same spa bath as in the Studio Queen with Spa Bath, but the way our rates fall it costs less to get to. Going from a Studio Twin at $180 to this room at $200 is a $20 a night upgrade. Going from a Studio Queen at $110 to the Queen with Spa Bath at $160 is $50. Same bath, less than half the premium — and you keep the second bed. A separate walk-in shower and separate toilet sit alongside it.
- Spa bath, plus a separate walk-in showerThree fixtures, three separate spaces — nobody waits
- Separate toilet, hairdryer, free toiletriesThe thing that makes a shared room actually workable
Three guests, two real beds, and the same 27 m² as everything else
Worth saying plainly, because the name suggests otherwise: this is not a bigger room. Every one of our rooms is 27 m², and this one fits the most into that space — a queen, a single, a spa bath, a dining table, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a desk. That's a genuine amount for the footprint, and it is also why we don't call it a suite. It takes up to three guests; there are no cots or extra beds available on any room type.
- 1 Queen + 1 Single · sleeps 3Both are real beds — nothing folds out of a wall
- Soundproofed & air-conditionedQuiet hours 8 PM–7 AM, so opposite shifts can share
- Your own entrance off the laneCheck in at any hour with your own code, no reception queue
If you're booking a longer stay
Cancellation is free up to one day before arrival, then the full rate applies, and a refundable $200 deposit is taken by card at check-in and released after we've looked over the room. Check-in from 2 PM, out by 10 AM, and there's no lift — say the word and we'll hold a ground-floor unit.
